Our canned pork is all natural, with no preservatives or chemicals added. We never add water or broth, only a small amount of salt to tenderize as it slow cooks.
All of our meats are sourced within the United States and are all USDA inspected for quality. All of our meats are humanely processed, hand selected and hand packed.

All of the meats do have a production date on the bottom of the can. We DO NOT give a pre-determined expiration date, however meats packaged with this process have been eaten as long as 30 years later.
