Arizona, Florida, Utah, and Washington orders subject to sales tax*
Normal lead/handling times are 2-5 business days. Most orders ship via a ground service like FedEx or UPS. Some orders require a freight delivery.
Due to supply-chain and other unforeseen issues, shipping may take longer. Many products have a shipping estimate in the title but is just an estimate, not a guarantee. We do our best to ship within the expected timeline.
In rare instances certain products may take up to 8-12+ weeks to ship. If this happens the other items in the order will be shipped first and the back-ordered item as soon as available.

Shipping rates are determined by package weight.
Deliveries are made through USPS. Standard shipping times are between three to four weeks under normal circumstances.

Shipping rates are determined by package weight and custom USPS rates. Standard shipping times to Canada are between two to three weeks under normal circumstances.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
shtfprepperclub.com does not ship internationally at this time.
Returns
Any unopened, unused items sold on shtfprepperclub.com can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. To qualify for a full refund:
- 30 days or fewer must have passed since the original purchase
- The customer must be able to show a receipt or proof of purchase
- Items must be shipped back in their original packaging and condition
- Customer must pay for costs of shipping (not refundable). Shipping costs may be deducted from return credit.
