Shelf Life:  Should be stored in cool dark place- optimum condition is 60 degrees or less- for longer storage. Storing properly in our enameled cans and Super pail buckets, product may store up to 5-10 years. Bulk products need to be repackaged for long term storage.

NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION

Directions:  For 2 eggs, combine 1/3 cup of whole egg powder with 1/3 cup warm water, whisk together until smooth. Cook as desired. For 4 eggs, combine 2/3 cup whole egg powder with 2/3 cup warm water. For baking, it is not necessary to reconstitute.  Blend dried whole eggs with other ingredients and add water with other liquid in recipe.   Use in cookies, sweet doughs, cake mixes, egg noodles, and any recipe calling for whole egg.
