Our white cream soup/sauce mix is a versatile base for sauce, soups, gravies, and so much more. This base can be the start of a wonderful cream soup on those cold days; it can also be a great alfredo sauce to mix with your favorite pasta. You can also use this sauce on pizza and make your own new kind of pizza instead of using the regular tomato sauce. This base can also be used to make a great white pepper gravy for your biscuits and gravy meal. You do not want to be with out this base. This is a need for your long term food storage!

Shelf Life: Should be stored in cool dark place- optimum condition is 60 degrees or less- for longer storage. Storing properly in our enameled cans and Super pail buckets, product may store up to 5-10 years. Bulk products need to be repackaged for long term storage.

Directions: For 4 servings, In a 2 qt pan, whisk together 1 cup soup mix to 3 cups water. Add any cooked or uncooked meat, cheese or vegetable. Bring to a light boil, stirring occasionally to avoid scorching. Soup is ready when ingredients are tender. For white sauce, cut the amount of water in half. For gravy, make as white sauce and add beef or chicken bouillon or meat seasoning. Great in soups and chowders.
