Shelf Life: Should be stored in cool dark place- optimum condition is 60 degrees or less- for longer storage. Storing properly in our enameled cans and Super pail buckets, product may store up to 5-10 years. Bulk products need to be repackaged for long term storage.

Directions: Use for baking breads. Add 1 Tbsp. per 1 cup of flour. Wheat gluten is about 75% protein. Gluten retains moisture which will delay staling. It adds volume to breads by trapping gas. It will help dough elasticity and binds the bread. |
