- The taste, texture, and nutrition of fresh eggs is yours today or years from now
- A delicious and versatile food storage staple
Make delicious scrambled eggs, omelets, quiche, breakfast casseroles, and even French toast. Our Emergency Essentials Scrambled Egg Mix is a popular dehydrated product packaged to store long term. Enjoy breakfast favorites now or in years to come. A great addition to your emergency food storage.
Scrambled Egg Mix contains pasteurized whole eggs, non-fat dry milk, vegetable oil and salt. This combination of ingredients give your eggs just the right flavor and textured when scrambled.
Restaurants will often use a similar dry mix when they cook scrambled eggs because of its great flavor and convenience. If your recipe is not too delicate then this mix can be used in place of whole eggs. Simply mix powder with warm water (approximately 108 ounces water needed to rehydrate entire can) until smooth and then cook for delicious scrambled eggs anytime!
