Future Essentials Freeze Dried Mozzarella cheese can be used in many recipes including casseroles, pizza, pastas, soups, chili, and salads. 1 part freeze dried = 4 parts fresh prepared. Proudly using USA dairy, as well as canned and prepared in the USA.
Add cheese right into recipes with no added water. Or re-hydrate in a little warm water prior to use. Can be eaten out of the can as a snack with no re-hydration needed. (Directions are on label).
