Future Essentials Freeze Dried Monterey Jack cheese can be used in many recipes including casseroles, pizza, soups, chili, and salads. 1 part freeze dried = 2 parts fresh prepared. Proudly using USA dairy, as well as canned and prepared in the States. Add cheese right into recipes with no added water. Or re-hydrate in a little warm water prior to use.
