There are two ways to use our delicious freeze-dried butter: simply add water to rehydrate OR add as a dry ingredient to any dish. To boost flavor, sprinkle this tasty butter atop any variety of food - potatoes, pasta, vegetables, or meats. 

When using wet, rehydrate the butter by mixing 1 ½ tablespoons of water with ½ cup butter powder. This mixture is ideal for spreading (pancakes, toast, veggies, etc.) OR make a fantastic garlic spread when you mix with Parmesan cheese, parsley, or garlic powder!

Simply open the can and discard the oxygen absorber and reseal with the plastic lid. Store in your pantry to use at a later date - just like a jar of peanut butter.
